Payment: All payments are made with the Stripe payment system and are subject to their Terms and Conditions.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

No Change of Mind Refunds: We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers if you change your mind, decide not to attend, or choose to leave a tour early.

Preparation: You are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, umbrellas or other rain gear if rain is forecast.

Safety Cancellations: We will only cancel a tour in the event of heavy rains which would altogether impede the tour, or if weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our guides (e.g., severe thunderstorms, flash flooding).

4. Participant Conduct

Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any client from a tour who is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, acts disruptively, or poses a safety risk to themselves or others. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.
