FAQs
How Accessible are your tours?
We strive for our tours to be accessible for all. Please note, however, that a moderate degree of fitness is required for these tours, which involve walking moderate distances with these features:
Brisbane River Walk: 2.2 kms in length. A few steps, some moderate inclines.
Kangaroo Point Walk: 2.7 kms in length. Features multiple flights of steps and some steep inclines.
We recommend using facilities prior to the tour. Each tour does have public toilets en route which can be used, but we cannot guarantee these will always be open.

What I should I bring?
We recommend a hat, walkable shoes and a water bottle. Otherwise, just bring yourself!
2
What if it’s raining?
In most instances of light or moderate rain we will continue the tour as per usual. In such cases please make sure to bring suitable rain gear — umbrellas, raincoats, etc.
If you are not comfortable with walking in wet conditions and wish to alter your booking, please notify us at info@heronheritage.com.au.
If there is a heavier forecast of rain we may have to cancel the tour. In such cases if you have booked a tour, we will notify you of the cancelation, and issue you with a full refund.
